The cost of a website depends on the scope of the project and the type of functionality you need. Some websites are fairly straightforward, while others require more pages, custom features, or more detailed design work.
My standard website packages currently range from $500 to $1,500, which covers most small to medium-sized websites. If your project requires something more advanced or a unique setup, I also offer a custom option. In that case, we’ll discuss what you’re looking to build, and I’ll provide you with a personalized quote based on the work involved.
If you’re not sure which option is right for your project, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to help you figure out the best solution.
The timeline for a website depends on the scope of the project and what materials are available when we start. Simpler websites can be completed fairly quickly, while larger or more complex projects naturally take more time.
For most projects, a basic website usually takes about 1–2 weeks to complete. Mid-tier websites typically take around 2–4 weeks, depending on the number of pages and features involved. More advanced or complex websites can take a month or longer, especially if they require custom functionality or a larger amount of content.
For custom projects, the timeline will depend on the specific requirements of the site. Things like the number of pages, special features, and whether you already have content (such as text, images, or branding) ready can all affect how long the process takes. If materials need to be created or gathered before development begins, that may also extend the timeline slightly.
Once I understand the details of your project, I’ll be able to give you a clearer estimate of how long everything will take.
To get started, the most important thing I need is an initial conversation where we can talk about your goals for the website and what you’re looking to build. This helps me understand your vision and figure out the best way to approach the project.
If you already have materials prepared—such as text, images, branding, a color palette, or examples of websites you like—that’s great and it can help speed up the process. You’re welcome to share anything you feel would be useful for the project.
If you don’t have any materials yet, that’s completely fine as well. During our initial discussion, we can go over what you currently have, what might still be needed, and how we can move forward from there.
I work with clients of all sizes, from individuals and solo entrepreneurs to small businesses and larger organizations. Whether you’re building something for yourself, launching a new idea, or running an established business, the most important thing is having a clear vision of what you want to create.
You don’t need to be a registered company or a large organization to work with me. If you have a project or business idea in mind, we can discuss it and figure out the best way to bring it to life through your website.

Yes. Every website I build includes SEO optimization, regardless of which tier you choose. This means your site will be structured in a way that helps search engines understand your content and improves your chances of being found online.
I take care of the essential SEO fundamentals such as proper page structure, optimized headings, meta information, performance optimization, and a clean technical setup so your website starts off on the right foundation.
While SEO results can take time and also depend on your content and industry competition, I make sure that every site I build is prepared with the best practices needed to perform well in search engines.
Yes, I can redesign your entire website. If you already have a site but feel like it needs a more modern look, better structure, or improved performance, I can help refresh the design and rebuild it to better fit your goals.
The process usually starts with reviewing your current website and discussing what you’d like to improve or change. From there, I can create a new design concept or mock-up so you can see the direction before development begins. Once the design is approved, I move forward with rebuilding the site and implementing the new structure.
Yes, I do offer e-commerce functionality. Basic e-commerce features are available starting with the Growth tier, which allows you to sell products directly from your website and manage your store online.
If you choose the Performance tier or a custom project, I can also implement more advanced e-commerce functionality depending on what your business needs. This can include expanded product management, improved checkout experiences, and other features designed to support a larger or more complex online store.
Once your website is ready to go live, I move it to its proper hosting environment and run final checks to make sure everything is working as expected. This includes testing site speed, SEO structure, and overall performance to ensure the site is running smoothly.
After the website is fully live, all credentials and access to the site are transferred to you so that you have full ownership and control of your website.
If you prefer ongoing support, I also offer website maintenance services for $150 per month, which can include updates, monitoring, and general upkeep to keep your site running at its best.

Yes, I can help with hosting and domain setup if you’d prefer not to handle the technical side yourself. While I take care of the configuration and setup, the domain and hosting services themselves must be purchased by you from a third-party provider. I can recommend reliable providers and guide you through the purchasing process if needed.
The basic setup starts at $50 and includes connecting your domain to your hosting, configuring DNS, installing the CMS, setting up the SSL certificate, and applying basic security settings so your website is ready to run.
The advanced setup is $100 and includes everything in the basic setup, plus email configuration, additional security setup, and basic performance optimization to help your website run more efficiently.
The full setup with performance optimization is $150. This includes domain and DNS configuration, hosting setup, CMS installation, SSL configuration, email setup, CDN configuration, security hardening, performance optimization, and a backup system to help protect your website.
If you already have a domain or hosting provider, I can also work with your existing setup and configure everything properly so the website runs smoothly.
Payments are handled through PayPal invoicing. I will send you an invoice by email that includes a secure payment link and a downloadable PDF copy for your records. You can review the invoice and complete the payment directly through the link provided.
For Basic and Growth tier websites, payments are typically structured as a 50/50 split. This means 50% is paid upfront to begin the project, and the remaining 50% is paid once the website is completed and ready to be delivered.
For Performance tier websites, payments are structured in three phases:
40% upfront to begin the project
30% after the design has been approved
30% before the final handoff of the completed website
For Custom websites, the payment structure depends on the total project cost.
If the project is $1,500 or more, the 40% / 30% / 30% structure will apply.
If the project is under $1,500, the standard 50% upfront and 50% upon completion arrangement will be used.
This structure helps ensure that the project progresses smoothly while giving both sides clear checkpoints throughout the development process.
